Here I am, actuallyadmitting to missing people. I miss you guys. I miss being a crier. I miss all of the criers. It's funny because I don't usually miss people, but I miss you all. I went to Dickens this year to see how I might or might not like it, and I liked it less than Ren Faire. Don't getme wrong, I enjoyed Dickens, I was in NFP and I worked at Cuthbert's Tea Shoppe, but I miss the easy friendliness of Ren Faire! I miss how it was pkay to hug someone in the streets! Of course, maybe this year's Dickens was interrupted and disturbed by what happened with my brother on Thanksgiving. But i still prefer Ren Faire. And I can't wait till the next one. when is it by the way?

Honestly when I started Dickens last year, I realized that I preferred Ren fairs a little more but there is something charming about Dickens that made me want to do it again this year...and again next year and so on. This fair is more work but it is wonderful to get to see the people that I would otherwise miss until the next Ren fair making the work worth the effort. And by the way we all miss you too Karen! Mon, December 18, 2006 - 5:20 PMsouthern is really big but there is no camping and it is in april. vahalla is my fave and it is in june the 2nd and 3rd weekends usually. calvaraze is also great it is a celtic faire and in angels camp there is camping on site there but ladyies id watch out is snowed a lot this last year. and i guess since i will be dead im not going to any of these so i wish you all fun. -
